Open-Xchange, builder of open-source collaboration and email software platforms, raked in $9 million in second-round funding from eCapital Entrepreneurial Partners, BayBG, and BayTech Venture Capital -- all three based in Germany.
The Tarrytown, N.Y. company provides software for document, calendar and address-book sharing that can be used on mobile phones. It previously brought in $8.8 million in a first round of funding from Business Angels and BayTech.
