Native ad company TripleLift raises $10.5M
Last night TripleLift announced it raised $10.5 million in a series B round led by Edison Partners. TripleLift is a native advertising company that works with publishers like Conde Nast, The Atlantic, and Hearst Newspapers.
TripleLift says it will use the funds to grow from 50 to 100 employees. Prior investors True Ventures, iNovia Capital, Laconia Capital, and NextView Ventures joined the round.

Thank goodness for PicPal, an app that lets you invite up to three friends to take a selfie at (almost) the same exact time! Even better, thank goodness Myndbee, the maker of the “selfie collaboration app,” announced today it raised $2.5 million in a seed round.
The company, based in Irving, Texas, received the funding from Singapore-based Nadathur Technologies Pte. Ltd.
Knotable raises $1.2M for its Chrome’s notepad extension
Chrome extension Knotable told VentureBeat that it recently raised $1.2 million from Bloomberg Beta and 500 startups. When users open a new tab on Chrome, Knotable launches a notepad that lets you create to-do lists, pull gmails to a new thread, and paste web clips in one place.
