Twilio reportedly raises $100M; is now worth over $1B
Telecommunications enabler Twilio has raised a $100 million Series E round that values the company at over $1 billion, according to a report published last night.
Snack subscription startup NatureBox raises $30M
Today NatureBox, a startup which somehow built a business selling boxes of snacks to consumers, announced a $30 million raise. Global Founders Capital led the round, with participation from Kensington Capital, Valley Oak, General Catalyst, Softbank, and more.

Wide-area networking startup CloudGenix raises $25M
CloudGenix, a Silicon Valley startup with software for managing networks across multiple data centers, today announced a $25 million funding round, which allows the startup to spend more on sales and product development.
Loyalty startup SessionM raises over $12M
Today mobile-centric loyalty-tech startup SessionM announced a $12 million raise led by Causeway Media Partners. SessionM says it plans to use the fresh capital to "roll out its new enterprise solutions faster and execute on a growing number of major multi-year deals."
